Roar Hyldkrog – Engagement Manager
Roar joined Responsive on 1 October. He comes most recently from Valcon and has previously worked at IBM and the City of Copenhagen. Most of his career has been spent on complex IT projects, where delivery depends on technology, organisation and business priorities moving in the same direction.
Roar will initially join one of our client teams. Beyond that engagement, we expect to draw on his broad experience across clients and projects.
Amy Flesor – Forward Deployed Data Scientist
Amy brings a background in social data science. She will work with Responsive and our clients to build AI products that support and transform everyday business processes.
As a forward deployed data scientist, Amy works close to where the problem sits: alongside the people who will use what is built. The aim is AI solutions that are part of daily operations, not side projects.
Welcome to the team, Roar and Amy.
