Lars joined Responsive on 1 November. He joins from Merkle Denmark, where he spent more than a decade in various senior leadership roles, most recently as Managing Director. Lars brings significant experience in leading large-scale AI and digital transformation programmes for Danish and European businesses across financial services, retail, life science and healthcare. He is a certified Stanford AI Professional and holds an MBA from the University of Bath.
Lars will help clients plan, drive and scale their AI initiatives, and shape Responsive’s own internal AI agenda.
