Anchorage and Alteration
The difference between orientation and involvement
In order for projects to create real change and businesslike value, it is a requirement, that the project at the same time is soundly anchored in the organization.
This is not about internal marketing of the brand new TV spot, but about getting some real involvement. Try to consider what the business difference will be between oriented co-workers and involved co-workers. Start with the people who at the end of the day would make a difference. Do consider to use work training, tools, and integrated processes. Also, just think of, for example, what the consequence of the lack of man power might do to the follow up of your newest client effort. Also, think of the consequence for the economical results, and for the client experience.
To create a good and differentiating client service is a journey and an alteration process that can contribute to creating substance for the superior vision and strategy of your company, and make it understandable for the individual co-worker: What is the more profound sense with what we do? Which relevance does this have for me? And what does this mean for my daily job? This is about creating a motivating and engaging internal process, which gives you proud and pleased co-workers.
From the very start, we focus on creating a balanced internal and external focus in our projects, thus enabling the anchorage to become a solid and propelling force for the alteration.
Workshops
Through our structured workshop methods, we secure, that a real involvement is created amongst the primary internal interested parties from the start.
We focus on uncovering attitudes and barriers, thus establishing a solid common ground for the further running and management of the project. This creates a common commitment and a common frame to communicate act from.
We use questionnaires, interviews, client vox pops, like input for workshops, which creates the biggest possible relevance and activity.
Workshops can be held as a part of the process of anchorage in a client oriented project, or an inspirational day for interested parties across the organization.
