The Communication Database

The starting point for every dialogue marketing campaign is the communication database.

Frequently a dialogue campaign is being carried out as a one-off affair, where we identify the necessary data needs, pulling it out from client and production systems, and on the basis of this establish the selection of the target audience and carry out the campaign.

During and after the campaign, the response can be made available to, for instance, sales people and call centers through a web browser or a data load into the CRM systems of our clients

Together with our partners, we also offer the construction of a dedicated communication database, where integration and interfaces of the production systems are implemented. By those means the automation takes place "on the top" of the existing systems, without the users of the information notice any difference.
